About Such A Small World
Such A Small World is a co-playing cafe on the third floor of The Corner House (the Chai Phatthanasilp building) at 35 Charoen Krung Road in Talat Noi. Run by MQDC's Vibal entertainment arm and founded by DJ Paul Sirisant, it fills about 600 square metres with living-room style pods, sofas and screens. Reviewers describe the interior as colourful, modern and warm.
You rent a pod by the hour to play PS5, Nintendo Switch or board games, watch films on streaming TVs or a ceiling projector, or browse over 6,500 vinyl records at the Listening Station. Couple pods such as Bug Life and Mario were listed at around 300 and 450 baht an hour. The cafe serves drinks like dirty matcha (about 180 baht) and hot chocolate (about 140 baht), plus dishes such as a Japanese beef bowl.
It is an easy indoor date for couples who like games, music or films, and good for escaping heat or rain. Book a two-person pod in the afternoon or evening, then walk the old lanes of Talat Noi and the riverside before or after. It is closed on Mondays.
