Happy & Healthy Bike Lane

The 23 km cycling track around Suvarnabhumi Airport, best in the evening.
About Happy & Healthy Bike Lane
Happy & Healthy Bike Lane, often called Sky Lane, is a 23.5 km car-free cycling loop around the perimeter of Suvarnabhumi Airport at 999/1 Suvarnabhumi 4 Road in Bang Phli, Samut Prakan. The one-way, counter-clockwise track is smooth asphalt, 4.8 m wide, and lit by solar lamps at night. There is a gentler blue lane and a faster purple lane.
Entry is free once you register with ID and get a SNAP wristband. Bikes can be rented on site from ฿420 for a hybrid for four hours, with road bikes costing more. There are rest stops about every 5 km, a rescue van, a 1.5 km warm-up loop, a running track and a food court. The big draw is watching planes take off and land close by.
A ride here is an active, open-air date: ride side by side on the flat loop, rest at the stops, and watch aircraft overhead as the sky changes colour. Go in the early morning or late afternoon to avoid the heat, and time the last stretch for sunset. Evenings and weekends are the busiest.
