Bakery café in Mueang Pathum Thani.
About Breadtory Cafe
Breadtory Cafe is a Japanese-style bakery café at 69/54 Soi Wat Sadet in Mueang Pathum Thani, on the Rangsit side of the city. It has two white, minimalist buildings in a green garden with a small Japanese rock garden. Inside are warm wood and cream tones, skylights and round glass openings that fill the two floors with natural light, and there is an upstairs terrace too.
Bread is baked fresh every day. The popular items are shiopan salt bread, brioches such as cream cheese strawberry, dark chocolate and black truffle, croissants, shokupan, and a palm sugar pie. Drinks include matcha, yuzu drinks and a dirty chocolate. Bread costs about 65 to 150 baht, and drinks about 120 to 210 baht, so most people spend 101 to 250 baht each. You order at the counter and staff bring it to your table.
It is a calm daytime date that works best for brunch or a slow coffee over shared pastries, with plenty of photo spots in the garden. Try to arrive near the 9am opening, when the bread is freshest and the parking is less full. Note that it is closed on Mondays.
