BG Stadium

Home ground of BG Pathum United.
About BG Stadium
BG Stadium, now called True BG Stadium, is a football ground in Bueng Yitho, Thanyaburi, Pathum Thani, north of Bangkok near Rangsit. It is home to Thai League club BG Pathum United and, from the 2025/26 season, is shared with Bangkok United. The all-seater ground holds about 15,000 people. A fourth stand was added in 2024, and FIFA and the AFC rate it an A-class stadium.
You come here to watch a Thai League or Asian club match. Tickets go on sale through the club's channels and resellers, usually to members first and then to the general public about three weeks before a match. Big friendlies, such as recent games against European clubs, sell out quickly. The gates open about three hours before kickoff.
It is a fun, loud date if you both like football. The stadium is fairly small, so you sit close to the pitch. Evening kickoffs are cooler. Plan the trip there and back, because it is about 45 minutes by car from central Bangkok and longer by public transport.
Why it works for a date
- Close, lively atmosphere in a compact ground

- Natural grass pitch since 2018
- Ample parking
Good to be aware of
- Far from central Bangkok, so allow extra travel time
- Big matches can sell out quickly
- Ticket prices change by match and are not published in one place
