Abandoned Mansion

Bar and restaurant with live music in an old house on Sukhumvit 14.
About Abandoned Mansion
Abandoned Mansion is an underground speakeasy on the B2 level of Montraj Coach Sukhumvit hotel at 41 Soi Sukhumvit 14, a short walk from BTS Asok. The theme is 1930s American Prohibition gangsters. A red-carpeted stair leads down to a high-ceilinged room with vintage gold and navy furniture, a mezzanine for watching the stage, and a cigar lounge.
Local bands play live jazz and pop every night, from about 8pm according to one guide. Cocktails are named after famous outlaws, such as Al Capone and Bonnie and Clyde, and cost about 420 to 430 baht each. There is also food, like a wagyu burger on a charcoal bun. Wongnai puts spending at about 500 to 1,000 baht a person, and Tripadvisor rates it $$-$$$.
It makes a fun dress-up night out: dim, theatrical and lively, with music to fill any quiet moments. Book ahead if you want a seat near the band. Arrive around 8pm to settle in before the first set. Wongnai notes that a smart or themed outfit is recommended.
