333Gallery

Gallery inside Warehouse 30 on Charoen Krung 30.
About 333Gallery
333Gallery is a contemporary art gallery inside Warehouse 30, the converted riverside warehouse complex on Soi Charoen Krung 30 in Bang Rak. It grew out of the long-running 333Gallery founded by Thira Vanichtheeranont, and is now run by the next generation of his family with a younger, more open approach. The room is a clean white-walled space set within the old warehouse shell, so the art sits against a backdrop of heritage timber and brick.
Shows rotate every month or two and lean toward young Thai artists alongside regional names. Recent exhibitions have ranged from Cross Encounter, more than 100 art toys and paintings by 28 Korean, Japanese and Thai artists, to Pres-s-ence, a printmaking show with ten Thai artists. Entry to recent shows has been free, and many works are for sale. Hours are 11am to 6pm, closed Mondays.
It is a quiet, low-pressure stop that gives you something to talk about, and it pairs easily with coffee and browsing elsewhere in Warehouse 30. Go on a weekday afternoon when the complex is calm, then walk on to the Charoen Krung street art or the river for sunset. Check the gallery's Facebook page first, since the space can be between exhibitions.
