Perfect Strangers is in a black industrial-loft building at 196/6 Pradipat Road, at the mouth of Soi Pradipat 14, near BTS Saphan Khwai in Phaya Thai. The owners also run FLOCK Dessert Bar. They named the place after the idea that every relationship starts between strangers. Inside it feels dark, sleek and intimate, with dark wood, artwork and soft music.

During the day it runs as a creative coffee bar known for dirty coffee and coffee mocktails. At night it becomes a cocktail bar with Asian fusion food and live music. Mocktails such as Artful cost around 150-160 baht. Time Out lists cocktails like Undress Me Now at 360 baht. Truffle fried rice and chicken liver pâté also get good mentions. Wongnai puts spending at 101-250 baht a person.
