Roberta's

Pizza restaurant in Siam Discovery.
About Roberta's
Roberta's is the Bangkok branch of the Brooklyn pizzeria led by chef Carlo Mirarchi. It opened in April 2024 in the Food Lab on the 3rd floor of Siam Discovery, right by BTS Siam. The room has a street-style feel, with concrete walls painted by Thai artists Artty Rock and Anar alongside Jason Woodside and Murfin.
The focus is wood-fired pizza with a chewy, flavourful crust. Time Out lists the signature Bee Sting, with spicy salami, chili oil and honey, and the Thai-herb King Thao Kong at 600 baht each. There are also house bread with stracciatella, rigatoni carbonara at 420 baht, baby back ribs and braised oxtail. Prices exclude 10 percent service and 7 percent VAT.
It works well for a casual date in the middle of a shopping day around Siam. The mood is relaxed and arty rather than formal, and it is easy to combine with a film or a walk around the malls. Walk-ins are accepted, and sharing a pizza and a starter is the easiest way to order.
