About Junybear workshop
Junybear is a small Bangkok studio for fluid-art bear painting. You pour acrylic paint over a blank bear figurine and it becomes a one-off collectible. Reviewers who went say the studio is on the 2nd floor of the YOLO Forest project, about 500 metres into Soi Somkid from the BTS, with a clear Junybear sign outside. The listed pin is in Bang Khun Thian, so confirm which location you mean before setting off.
You choose a bear size, pick your colours and pour them over the figure. Staff explain each step and give you a bib. One review lists prices as Mini ฿790, S ฿990, M ฿1,490 and L ฿2,690, plus a ฿390 keychain. The bear needs about 2 to 3 days to dry. You can come back for it or have the shop send it by Grab.
This works well as a date because you each make a bear and leave with something no one else has. Reviewers suggest agreeing on matching colour themes and filming each other while you pour. Book ahead, especially on weekends and evenings, and wear clothes you do not mind getting paint on.
