Brooks Brunch & Bar sits on Soi Liab Khlong Prapa off Chaeng Watthana, on the Muang Thong side of Pak Kret, inside The Botanic Service Room hotel. It is a glass-walled room that feels bright and airy by day, with green accents, custom yellow bar seats and marble-look counters, and it looks out over the water.

By day it serves brunch plates like the Brooks' Plate with smoked salmon and hash brown, bacon pancakes, salads and pasta. By night it turns into a cocktail bar, with drinks such as The Garden and First Kiss around 300 baht. Most dishes sit between about 185 and 350 baht, with a picanha steak at 795, and Wongnai puts spend at 501-1,000 baht per person.
